Baldur's Gate 3 receives its first Major Update

With the first Baldur's Gate 3 Major Update, over 1000 bugs, balance issues, flow issues, and much, much more have been fixed.

Fixed issues like NPCs sometimes spotting you when they actually shouldn't, floating items like cups and newspapers that should respect the laws of gravity, and Shadowheart's romance scene ending not triggering for some players.
