Train update

The objective of this new May update is for some trains to go on the above-ground rails.

There is a lot more content related to trains in development, but for this initial release we are mainly reusing existing assets to provide something to test until that content is ready.

The work cart looks a lot like the subway, but now has coupling points on each end that can connect to other train cars. The bogies (also known as trucks) have also been updated to turn with the track more realistically.
