Earl Gray, the first Major Update of Victoria 3

The time has come for the first major update for Victoria 3, called Earl Grey!

There shouldn't be any compatibility issues between old saves, with emphasis on shouldn't. This is nothing that can be guaranteed, so if you want to be safe, you can roll back to version 1.0.6 and finish any saves in progress before upgrading.
